PRIVACY FOR CUSTOMERS AT H&R WATERWORKS, INC.

H&R Waterworks, Inc. respects your privacy and our goal is to maintain your trust and confidence when handling your personal information.  The security of your personal information is a priority.  We train our employees in the proper handling of personal information and we protect it by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards.

We want you to know that we will not release information to third parties unless we are requested to do so on your behalf.  For example, if you are selling your home and a request is sent to us by your title company requesting account payoff amounts, we will assume you have authorized the release of this information. 

H&R Waterworks, Inc. collects basic information, such as name and passwords, when you register to use online account access.  If you agree and sign up to pay your water bill online or through recurring payment, we do collect banking information which includes among other things, passwords, the name of your banking institution, your checking, savings or credit card account number and expiration dates as appropriate.  We may also collect a mailing address which is different than your service address.  Certain other information about you may also be collected that can be used to verify your identity if your log on credentials for the site are forgotten.
